"RO" In Black Gown

“RO” In Black Gown

“RO” looked out of place in the stark studio in her long black gown with the puffed lace in her hair. Yesterday in the evening for a costume figure session she provided the pose this drawing is based on.
She held this pose long enough for me to draw all these frantic thin lines.
10”x 14” liner pen, ballpoint pen and white gel pen on toned grey paper

  6. Can't be easy, holding a pose. But I expect you're talented enough to do it from memory.
Every woman longs for a simple black dress, and a gaze.
