Admittance

Admittance

Legend of an opening
It rarely appears
Hiding between islands
Which two never clear

Images filling voids
As they emerge
While satisfying obligations
In a less exciting world

I can tell they had found the entrance before, between the two islands.
I followed.

  1. The canal is protected by those who left but will protect at all cost...They are strong and are willing to die so no one enters the Island Of Solitudes, they blind them all with shimmering beautiful skylights and moon lights so those who seek are too enthralled to go further....bravo Anthony

    1. I see you have a story running, not far from the version I have been contemplating.
      Thank you

  2. Absolutely love the whole idea of admittance and images we create by projecting our thoughts...Very fulfilled me! So true! The picture..I could look at long time...and find new images...Genious!

    1. I have been playing with the story for some time now. I keep looking at these images I develop and waiting for the words to make more sense☺
      Thank you

  3. Oh to find that secret entrance to imagination's fabulous lair...it is there...but it is well protected by the unseen guardians.
What are the qualifications required for entry, I wonder?
Perhaps only that elusive sixth sense...

    1. All that’s needed is imagination.. I was thinking one just has to be innocent of what they are escaping from..
      Thank you
