The End on an Imagined Shore

The End on an Imagined Shore

A sketch of one of “GE” poses yesterday.
I imagined the pillows and blankets as rocks. This will be a good reference sketch for other compositions I am working on, one of the few I have of sleeping or dead men.
12”x 9” fountain pen and chalk on toned paper

  1. Interesting...we always like to cling for something, and then we surprised to see the pets ...doing the same....Good observation.

    1. Some more solitude is in progress. You might see this guy sleeping or dead in one, in the near future.
      Thank you

  5. can't wait for more Islands of Solitudes dead or alive, a strange factor, I'm French therefore very affectionate and i call my visitors all sort of sweet names, and love and kisses, thank you sweety, honey, you're the best, gosh I adore you, you know on my blog but for some unknown reason I'm a little intimidated by you? sorry (sweety)

    1. I’ve mostly been working on written material related to my Islands off Solitude projects lately. I am hoping to have some more sketches later next week.
For the most part I’m a fairly serious guy.. But I do appreciate the endearments☺

  6. Made me kinda sad...imagination running riot...I could only see him lying at the foot of a cliff...
    an accidental mishap...or suicide?
The forensic scientist in me is drawn into the ink and chalk, dissecting it's atoms...I simply HAVE to find an answer...;)
