  1. He seems not at ease....tired, suppressed...what happened?

    1. I Think his lack of ease is more me than him, though there is a certain touch of loneliness and accumulated pain, his history written in the lines of his face. I had trouble deciding which lines to record.

  2. I felt a lump in my throat as soon as I gazed upon this amazing portrait...there is such a sadness about him...such a heaviness...as if he is carrying a huge burden. I long to reach out to him..to help if I can...
So, so evocative...yes...and SO powerful! :)

    1. He, expresses more history than most in his face and bearing, one of the reasons he is in such demand as a model. I draw him often, as might be noticed here. He would enjoy the attention☺
      Thank you

  3. Lines here, lines there and suddenly a face, a face you don't forget, this is extremely touching Anthony, very human and hurt

    1. A lot more lines than usual went down with this. I had trouble finding him in this pose. He did show a lot of hurt, I agree in his pose.
      Thank you
