A Familiar Stance

A Familiar Stance

Another sketch of “ST” from a session he posed for yesterday. I have sketched a number of versions of him in this same pose over the years.

Hiding in the Open

Hiding in the Open

A slightly challenging sketch from my vantage point, of a pose “ST” provided this morning.

Since April

Since April

I first sketched “RS” in April, posting short sketches in ink, a compilation of sketches showing her in the company of, well, herself.
This morning She posed for The Independent Painters Group, looking quite in control all on her own.

Poseidon Surfaces Again

Poseidon Surfaces Again

“P” shows up with his trident and crown made of fish bones at least once each year for a costume session.
This is my sketch of his long pose in the role from yesterday.
Yesterday he seemed delicate, somehow, less the ruler of the oceans, than in the past. Guess he’s getting older too?
