Trapped




Trapped


A couple of more sketches of “MT” from earlier yesterday and another time when trapped, in a similar session from sometime before.
1st: 18”x 18” graphite

2nd: 24”x 18” graphite

  1. Bold and powerful, almost as suggestively combative as your fighter. I like your headline painting, btw, the angles that run the length of the image, from shoulder to breast to rib to hip to knee. Nicely drawn. Good to see you're still at it!

  3. Wow...that sense of being trapped is so powerful here!
    Visually, there seems nothing to bind him to this place...but something deep and emotional is going on just beneath the surface...he is undoubtedly stuck here...and is longing to escape...
