Hole in a Wall

Hole in a Wall

A sketch in spring in the Morey Place Gardens, in Edinburgh. A great place to walk anytime of the year, but especially when the sun is out.

12”x 9” ink and watercolors

  1. Oh I so want to enter and explore!!
That hole in the wall is SO intriguing...what lies beyond it, I wonder?
Must be the perfect place to be when the weather is hot...there, beneath all that lush greenery...

    Have a fabulous weekend! ☺☺

    1. The openings into the wall had black iron gates covering them. They opening into empty dark caverns, I would have liked to explore, or at least know the history behind them.
      Thank you
