On a Wall

On a Wall

Tired of ongoing projects and live models have not been available to escape and draw from over the last few days. Have been sketching from reference photos over the weekend. Most have been my own. But my oldest daughter took the photo this sketch is based on. One of her three favorite subjects posed in front a bridge. I think the bridge is somewhere in Maine.

Alone In Red

Alone In Red

A red glow in the forest
along a well worn path.
Waiting. Knowing.
And the drama
soon after,
happens
again.

A couple of sketches of “BA” posing in red for a costumed drawing session in the afternoon yesterday.
