Purple Reflection

Purple Reflection

The light was too yellow
catching maybe tears,
complementing the purple
in the shadows
of ominous clouds
over artificial waves,
almost neglected
by the drama
of finding her.

A sketch of “JA” on a dark stage except for the too yellow light. Sketched in a session with her a couple of weeks ago.

Sailing To Where

Sailing To Where

Didn’t wonder then.
Not as I wonder now,
about her and her fears.
Those many hours alone
waiting unsure.

A re-sketch of an image from the story, feeling some connection with the day.

Liquid

Liquid

Lost in an underwater city
of unintentional dreams
in a liquid crowd
of discarded souls.

Just doodling. A sort of thumbnail sketch. An early idea of what might be and could be happening below some imagined waves in a place of dreams.

On The Floor

On The Floor

Finding patterns
or shapes
or maybe disturbing
invisible fluids
in a very shallow pond.

Sketched in a session with “R” last weekend.
