Invented Characters That Get Old

One of these two invented young women characters has now aged. She can’t look like she does here, anymore. The other has been spared. I let her die young, still looking as she does here.

 I’m having trouble deciding:

Should I make her heavier?

Should I put her now white hair in a bun?

Should I take her neck away, placing her head between slouched shoulders?

I’m looking at myself, and feeling guilty, forcing her to deal with getting old too.
