Wow, such fabulous studies...amazing how in each one, they appear to be unaware of each other's presence.
ReplyDeletePerhaps denial of a part of themselves? There seems to be a subtle suggestion of disapproval in some of their expressions...?
I wonder if there is a natural tendency to be in competition with ones self. Attempting to improve even on the most recent past?
