Letting
Go
Looking
and scribbling.
Ignoring
so many lines
going
astray.
Surprised
when
just
enough appears
to
regret
letting
go.
Sketch
of a short warm up pose in a session with “NI” a couple of days ago.

Interesting that the initials “NI” correspond with “No Idea” in the previous post. And here you are “Ignoring Lines” on your way to more of “NI” being revealed.
ReplyDeleteHadn’t noticed.. The initials are the first two letters of the models first name. A coincidence? Well, maybe☺
DeleteI really like this...there is an intriguing sense of her being "not quite there"...as if she is somehow suppended between two different realities!
ReplyDeleteI feel...that if I reached out to touch her...my hand would encounter only thin air!!
Truly magical 😊😊
Thank you…
DeleteI wonder if your response is caused by my use of too many scribbled out lines when trying to place her permanently on the page?
If so, then please do keep doing that. This is a fantastic sketch!!😊😊
DeleteThank you, but someday it would be nice for results to be less of a surprise, maybe not… ☺
