unable to encouraging a smile.
“SA” was the model yesterday afternoon in a costumed life drawing/painting session. She seemed more isolated than usual posing on the stage looking out at familiar faces emotionally silenced by masked faces with searching eyes.

Even if “SO” had been masked, I wouldn’t have expected her to have been smiling. Before lockdown I sketched “SO” a lot. She was never one to smile when posing.
