Playing in Another’s World


Was going through Arnold Lowrey’s book: Painting With Acrylics. Ended up playing around, doing these quick sketches. Loosely copied some of the paintings in the book. Didn’t realize how much fun it can be, not having to think about subject, composition, or any of the “personal vision” stuff. Just copy. I obviously, recommend purchasing and at least reading the book.

    Well...these are enough to convince me to buy the book!
    They are stunning...remind me of a ski resort that holds many happy memories!!
