  1. Bonjour cher Anthony,

    Bravo l'artiste !

    Gros bisous ♡

    1. It is over six years now since I started drawing from this group of models. They have become almost part of a family of artists I continue to draw and paint with at the local art center. With continued familiarity, it becomes easier to bring out more of the personalities in each of them.
      Thank you so much..

  2. he's always interesting to look at and adds curiosity standing on one left while lifting the other, stating the obvious, but is he exercising or just showing off, you tell us Oh Great Designer! lol love this Anthony

    1. He is the model that sometimes swings from ropes hanging from above. I think he’s showing off☺
      Thank you

  3. I hope this one didn't take too long to sketch...poor "P" must have had pins and needles by the time it was finished! lol
Well worth the discomfort though...I love the perspective you've chosen...how we can see his foot resting on a stool.
Had you sketched him from the front, it would have told a totally different story...would have evoked deep sympathy.
Although...having said that, there is still an aura of sadness...of some unspoken tragedy about him.
What an outstanding combination...brilliant artist and dramatic actor! :)

    1. The pose was only five minutes long, one of a number of short poses as a warm up before settling into a longer pose.
He is quite a good actor. His personality manages to show in every pose.
      Thank you
