Left Behind

Left Behind

Seemed to be going fine.
Good times
returned
in the blindness
of memories
found in dreams
left behind.

A sketch from yesterday’s session with “E”.

24”x 18” ebony graphite and chalk on craft paper.

  1. WOW...such a strong sense of the past here...like those dreams that return out of the blue...and stir up long lost poignant memories...and draw us into a fleeting Utopia.
At those precious moments we want to hang on to the past indefinitely...to still time itself...and allow the waking dream to become our only reality...

    Incredibly beautiful...oh how I adore this! :))

    1. Upon looking at the finished sketch, I saw a woman abandoned, and not quit sure why.. So many stories. I like yours.
      Thank you
