Pretending

A story animated by the teller.
Hand gestures,
moving lips,
rolling eyes.
Just keep looking.
Smile.
Nod
from time
to time.

    I can almost hear her words, too...and see her gestures...as she tells her story.
    Listening and gazing deeply into the frame...I find myself drawn within, to become a part of the fabric...oh so tactile an experience here...the magic of genuine artistry, I guess!

      It’s an odd experience, I think for both. The model, the sketcher. One pretending to be somewhere else. The other wanting to invent a story..
