Sorry
for a Lonely Pirate
She
definitely needs a dark rough looking harbor town or a deserted island with a
dark ship sinking in the background.
At
the beginning of the month I posted “J” as a Pirate in a pastel drawing from a
longer pose. This sketch was from one of her short five poses quickly drawn as
a warm up for the longer drawing. It’s been sitting in a pile on my drawing
board and continuing to surface as other warm up sketches make their way into
the circular file. Each time it comes back to the top I feel sorry for the
lonely look and cover it up again.

ReplyDeleteI will… Thank you
DeleteShe adjusts well to any portrait she has to take on, maybe a sudden memory struck her, maybe there are some good pirates nowadays, considering politicians and well economists
ReplyDeleteShe does adjust well.
