Brink of Patience

Brink of Patience

Made it to another drawing session yesterday and sketched these two of short poses provided by “PI”.
A nice distraction from the project I should be working on.

9”x 12” graphite and chalk on craft paper

  1. Bonjour cher Anthony,

Deux nouvelles poses... Je suis certaine que depuis toutes les très nombreuses esquisses accomplies vous pourriez sans modèle nous créer une petite femme parfaite !...

    Gros bisous à vous

    1. Sketching without a model providing the pose just isn’t the same. The perfect woman appears when least expected☺
      Thank you

  2. She does look as though she's running out of patience, doesn't she...especially in the first sketch?
In the second, she appears a little more resigned, maybe thinking of something exciting coming up in the future...
    Such amazing artwork...wow! :))

    1. Twenty minutes each is a long time. sketching in her face near the end of the pose does capture her expression at the end of patience. And yes by the second pose, the future has ben set..
      Thank you
