Un île où il doit faire bon vivre... Superbe croquis ! Que cette année soit à la hauteur de vos espérances. Pleine de petits et grands bonheurs à savourer chaque jour de l’année.
Wow...I can't explain why...but first glance brought mental images of visits to my Aunt's house as a child. The "Evidence", for me, is validation of my past...and a renewed longing to return for one last time...to hug a much - loved relative.:) Oh I realise I'm far off the intended meaning...but the feeling was SO powerful that I just had to express it.
That aside, though...a wonderful sketch...somehow comforting...yet...with a slightly uneasy undertone. The title is a little unnerving...:)
The sketches, paintings and sometimes the writing I post on this site express what needs to be known about me. I attempt to record on a daily basis what I observe, what I imagine, and sometimes what I dream about.
I hope you enjoy my art, and the dialogue.

It is always a good feeling when more than just my own intend is discovered in the haphazard searching application of my lines.

Beautiful both technically and emotionally - I love all the textures, too. Have a great 2017, Anthony!

DeleteThank you.
Hope the new year is great for you too.
I intrigued by other houses at the background, how this story and people connected with the rest of town? Interesting sketch.
