I
know, why now? He was Monday’s model for a costumed figure session, and only
for a moment, it seems. The week is moving by so fast. No, that’s not it. I’m
not sure why.
FANtastic at first I thought he looked princely, than more clownish both works as always Anthony,, your imagination knows no bound do you know what you wish to accomplish when you start or do you go ahead and see what develops...:) and really do you live Near New Orleans?
There wasn’t a lot of imagination involved with this. I attended a modeling session with others. “GR” was the model. He suggested the costume he would wear, and we spent the session drawing and painting him in the various poses he provided. This is mostly on going practice. Sometimes a good painting or drawing evolves. Don’t live in New Orleans, but have family that does…
Wow...he certainly does have something of a regal air! I see the bowl and staff he's holding as some sort of ceremonial objects...yes, he could also be a High Priest! :)
The sketches, paintings and sometimes the writing I post on this site express what needs to be known about me. I attempt to record on a daily basis what I observe, what I imagine, and sometimes what I dream about.
I hope you enjoy my art, and the dialogue.
