Between Islands and Temporary
Prison
Imprisoned by an appointment.
Only I was on time.
After perusing the pages of a
magazine
long enough to go insane,
I escaped for fifteen minutes or
so
sketching the pretty face on the
cover.
Of course the appointment ended
up being rescheduled for another day. Added the island for sanities sake before
getting on with my day.

I find myself having this need to escape more often lately, waiting on others.
