How I saw them
as a child
before my sight
was blurred
by what was
and was not.
How I see them
as an old man
now that my sight
has been restored.

ReplyDeleteI, too, am seeing again what I saw as a child...the forms in patterns on wallpaper, carpets, curtains and in Nature...as expressed here in words and sketch so perfectly.
These, to me, are more real than the so-called "real world" these days!
