Bronzed
Just a few moments
held a moment too long,
after the lines
and wash
settled in.
Had her looking
like she was.
Okay, maybe
just a little
too sad.
It was the extra
few minutes,
and color
too quickly mixed.
Changed her to a statue
perpetually placing her
in the past.
Sketched in a session with “BA” a
couple of months ago.

And such a beautiful statue she makes...either that, or she has an amazing suntan!

Should have added some red. Pink would have been better. Her sadness was completely me loosing control of the pen.
