Now THAT is definitely my kind of solitude! *smiles*...When the animal kingdom begins speaking to me, I feel the tensions drifting away!!
ReplyDeleteI've often wondered how you sketch these images of your model in the sea...do they actually pose in water, or is that part imagination?
Either way, this is brilliant work! :))
Didn’t use any references for this sketch. Imagined the composition as I was laying her out along with the background and gull on the page. I do often find references such as previous sketches of models in poses that are close to what I may be looking for and sometimes photos, such as a gull or whatever, to fit whatever drama I am trying to portray.
