I figured they're praying in the splendor of nudity to some God who doesn't care what we wear. A new take on Adam and Eve. Somehow that appeals to my cynical side.
I saw them as looking through skylights or openings in to the ground where most of the latest version of humanity lives. The lack of clothing has to do with their size. The few dinosaurs left haven’t a source or will to replace clothing, by this time, a distant memory. At least that’s my reasoning at the moment. The story is still mostly in my head. The other reason has to do with the models I based the dinosaur figures on in the sketch. I was referring to my growing selection of drawings from life drawing sessions.
The sketches, paintings and sometimes the writing I post on this site express what needs to be known about me. I attempt to record on a daily basis what I observe, what I imagine, and sometimes what I dream about.
I hope you enjoy my art, and the dialogue.

Those old prophets at it again....or is it envy or desire...or sheer loneliness
ReplyDeleteYes they are. All that is left at some point is curiosity.
DeleteThank you
