"P" Second Week




“P” Second Week
He was back this morning modeling for the Independent Painters Group. I painted him in watercolor last week. Here is my attempted in Acrylic.

    Looks chiefly, Presidential but not in the white house butin one of many wonderful colours, love it

    Wow...what an improvement to see him close-up!
    There is so much personality in this face, and the warm, multi-coloured background adds a further dimension of interest.
    I so love this picture!:)

      I think it’s the smaller canvas, and more vibrant color that makes the difference. The portraits in both the watercolor and the acrylic are about the same size. The watercolor from last week was on a larger sheet of paper, making the head smaller when placed in the same frame limits.
