More
Are Found
I
am still working on this painted version of a sketch I posted late in April.
Each time I spend time on this painting I end up changing it, rather than
concluding it is done, or a lost cause. This is where I left them to be found
when I stopped re-painting, a few days ago.
22”x
28” acrylic on stretched canvas.

original sketch: http://tonyducesart.blogspot.com/2013/04/more-are-found.html
This is so stunning and why are they waiting help them up how about those under that almost drown everyday...judges suck Love this
ReplyDeleteA moment in time.. Patience… This could be the end of the line. Maybe the shadows that found them may help rather than harm?
DeleteThank you
I find this one rather unnerving.
ReplyDeleteAre the figures in the background hostile or concerned? The other two deceased or asleep?
And do I detect a face (out of proportion) just to the right of centre in the background trees?
Very intriguing! :)
The questions are wonderful. I see you starting to put a story together too. Decide on what some of the answers are and the story will be yours’.
DeleteThe composition started as a sketch. I was just drawing figures and letting the rest form around them, feeling a story, but not willing to tie where it was going. I haven’t decided what the answers for my story will be.
Thank you
Thank you..
ReplyDeleteIn spite of the subject I suppose☺
