  1. Bonjour Anthony,
Des croquis croquants... J'aimerais être une petite mouche et me poser sur vos doigts lorsque ceux-ci s'agitent avec le crayon !

    Gros bisous

  2. I envy your ability to draw figures and faces that are true to life yet still contains a certain mystery, uncertainty....

    1. There is still a mystery in each attempt. Some days are better than others.
      Thank you

  3. What strikes me most is that she is so ALIVE...in all three drawings.
I realise I've said this many times before, but each of your pieces amaze me as if for the first time.
You are such a great artist.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful talent with us :)

    1. Some models make this easier.. “E” is obviously one of them.

  4. You are able to capture so much life in your subjects with just pen and paper and your lines for shadows, movement and concept. You are a true artist, Anthony. I am very happy that I found your blog again after so many years.

Yesterday, I bought a beautiful coffee table book by Andrew Wyeth---The Helga Pictures, at my local thrift store, Goodwill, for $2.45...I just love it and it made me think of the beautiful nudes that you create~~~
