Hat
For
a costume figure session yesterday in the afternoon, the hat “MU” wore
dominated every pose, as is reflected in my sketches of her.
1st:
9”x 12” fountain pen, oil sanguine and chalk on toned paper
2nd
and 3rd: ballpoint pen on multimedia paper
These are fantastic, man can you draw also have you become Anthony, the Mad Hatter? each drawing is wonderful...and I think you are so gifted Anthony!

DeleteI really was excited about the images the hat inspired, for the models poses, her expressed attitudes as well as the fun of drawing her seemingly having so much fun.
Nice hats! I like the drawings.

Deleteit's fantastic, where is everyone? don't they know what they're missing or maybe they're away...because today's and these hats, I mean man, Anthony they're fantastic!
ReplyDeleteThe hats are being viewed by quite a few, as are most of my posts.. I check from time to time. I’m lucky to have you and the few others that do comment and allow this connection to occur.
DeleteOh WOW...what a hat!
ReplyDeleteIt really transforms her into a grand Edwardian Lady...especially in the centre one.
These are truly fabulous...and so evocative of a bygone era.:)
The hat was so cool. I was trying to equate to movement in the past.. Edwardian works for me. I was also thinking just prior To the French Revolution in Paris??
