As She Appears, or maybe: As They Appear

As She Appears, or maybe: As They Appear

I added more paint, maybe enough to consider a new title.
Most of the crowd has faded, becoming observers to the four. And the three appearing with “She” appear to be encouraging followers, not really part of the show.
Obviously the painting isn’t finished, and the original words no longer apply. This is what happens to unfinished paintings that shouldn’t be worked on until what was painted in the first place has found its story.
22”x 28” acrylic on stretched canvas

    1. She is the most willing to appear.. I’m really not sure yet what message there may be.. What was going has fallen a little flat.

  2. The message for me is the discarding of unnecessary masks...nudity being a symbol of the purity of a Spirit unburdened by any need to "play to another's tune":)
How those followers long to attain her state of freedom...see how she glows with an inner Light?

    1. Your interpretation is definitely on the right track. I need to make the main character less stiff though to pull it off..
