An
Older Love
I
spent today sketching. Include is one of three from today.
I
remember watching these old guy’s being loved at the Woodward Dream Cruise in
Metro Detroit, a few years ago.
I’m
sure she’s hoping he won’t notice the for sale sign.
I
sort of took a break, drawing something other than nudes on the islands or
umbrellas, blowing away. I should have been painting, but I wasn’t seeing
colors today.

Bonjour Anthony,
ReplyDeleteJ'adore... Vos voitures sont prêtes à suivre la mienne sur la Nationale 7 !
Lorsque j'agrandis votre croquis, je reste émerveillée devant tant de lignes... Ce dessin est incroyable. Bravo ! et la lumière est si présente...
Gros bisous
Your car looks much sleeker and faster than the old relics I have drawn. I’m not sure either could keep up on your wonderful road.
DeleteThank you
Older Love indeed, this is and as always fabulous those old cadillacs and the figures and the design from a pencil, they are no bounderies in your art, thank you for sharing, and never go away please
ReplyDeleteI’m not going anywhere, as you can surely see. Old loves are standing still, reminders, rather than transporters on to anything actually new.
DeleteThank you
These are amazing!
ReplyDeleteI have such a passion for old cars, and regularly attend classic car meets.
You have captured the atmosphere splendidly here...oh how I'd love to drive one of these!
Thank you
DeleteYou’d probably enjoy the Woodward dream Cruise here in Detroit. It’s annual. Everyone brings out their old cars and drive down the main road that runs through the metro area.
