I
was imagining a loving couple walking in the rain. Instead she appeared. She
had no intention of playing the part I was proposing. She immediately stepped
out and began her march. I didn’t even bother to sketch in the guy. Soon all
these strangers were following her instead.

9” ballpoint pen with a bit of colored pencil
Love it! ..that which demanded being created :--)
ReplyDeleteShe so easily swayed me, to make it all about her☺

Gosh...yes, I can see the reason all these strangers are following her.
ReplyDeleteShe is SO vibrant and enigmatic. What guy could possess a presence half as imposing as hers?
I imagine he was relieved to step back from appearing in this one.
I can hear the click click of her heels as she walks along, and the sloshing of water from the passing traffic.
This is truly amazing!:)
I am now hearing the clicking too along with the music of the rain. Now that you have put the music in my head, there are so many possibilities of where this could go.
DeleteAgree, definitely not missing the guy here, wasting her time with ideas like romance.
Thank you
Another beautiful ink drawing - the addition of color is just perfect!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
ReplyDeleteI wasn't sure where to stop..
