You are really a fine artist--practicing always learning. We are not perfect...but we strive for perfection.
Also I admire your infrequent "dissertations"--grin!
Personal Q: do you sell your work. On street? in shop? Or...how do you earn a living? Certainly you could live quite well through sales. Must be whoever views your art would like to own som, hang in thrie homes.
Thank you. I am working very hard to be a better artist. If you look closely you may notice much of my art is left less than finished, and not oriented toward what ends up on most peoples walls. There are some though who like and buy my work, which I do appreciate, and hope to please even more. I love what I’m doing with my art and my writing these days. It’s what I had wanted to be before becoming an architect. But it was over forty years as a successful architect that continues to support my art career.
Elle ressemble à une jeune femme qui assiste à une danse... Elle devient spectatrice après avoir longuement évolué sur la piste... Elle semble repue... et bien ! Une très jolie oeuvre. Un merveilleux travail. Gros bisous
What an interesting painting - the paradoxes apparent in her dress, her pose, her eyes. That you didn't paint her centered works very well. There's a lot here.
The poses for theses sessions are three hours long with ten minute breaks on the half hour. I find myself being selective where to do more, and where to leave well enough alone. Thank you
Beautiful painting, you have made ready to dance, but she's not at ease in her dress, she'd rather be in jeans! I can tell my the way you painted her posture, bravo bravo always Anthony
I must say, when I think about “RO”, I think of fashion and walking a modeling runway, more than hanging around in jeans. Although I’m sure she looks great in jeans too. Thank you
This one makes me feel like dressing up and finding a party to go to! The entire mood and atmosphere of "party land" is captured perfectly here with your characteristic skill. If this were hanging on my wall, it would certainly lift my mood on a gloomy day! I love it.:)
The sketches, paintings and sometimes the writing I post on this site express what needs to be known about me. I attempt to record on a daily basis what I observe, what I imagine, and sometimes what I dream about.
I hope you enjoy my art, and the dialogue.

She was dressed for a dance or formal outing. “RO” poses with these dresses often. She does fashion modeling too.
